Through a unique partnership with the City of Austin, members can redirect their drainage charges to fund emergency shelter beds, transitional and permanent housing programs, and wraparound services that make a lasting impact. This initiative doesn’t cost your organization extra—it simply ensures your dollars go directly into the community where they’re needed most.
Redirect Funds You Already Pay: Instead of sending your drainage fee to the city, you can divert it to RCAH—at no additional cost—helping fund grants for local homeless service providers.
