RCAH brings together Austin congregations & social service agencies to fund critical shelter, housing, and support programs for those experiencing homelessness.

Each year, generous participation—especially through the redirection of City of Austin drainage charges—makes it possible to award grants that strengthen our homelessness communities and create lasting pathways to stability. With over 145 member congregations & service agencies, RCAH reflects a growing community united by collective action and compassionate service.
